OPENING MID-MARCH 2018
After 5 years spent at La Laiterie in Lambersart with Benoît Bernard and Steven Ramon, then 4 1/2 years at Pessoa in Lille as chef; as well as 10 years at the bistro of Mother Simone in Capinghem; then 3 years at Pessoa for Madame; Nicolas and Stéphanie Choquet are pleased to announce the opening of the Octopus restaurant in Lille.
Our desire is to offer the best possible customer experience, and to be part of a responsible restoration approach. To do this, we will rely on a network of local producers and artisans, from carrots to artisanal roasters, and with Lavoisier's principle as a guiding principle.
